I thought this bank was going to be great. I was most definitely wrong. Extremely limited capabilities on the app and poor customer service. One thing I most definitely want to make you aware of is if you open an account and you get the app don't think that the "lock card" feature prevent your card from being used and processed. I can say that it does stop someone from using your card at a merchant but once you give your debit card numbers to someone it does not matter anymore if you have the app and your card is locked, the... read more
Great location with wonderful staff. I wanted to give a special thank you to Heather Hall, who went above and beyond to help myself and my wife out with our banking needs. We had a busy day and were unable to make our appointment on time, but she squeezed us in and stayed to answer all of our questions, ultimately helping us with all of our concerns.
