I had trouble with a credit card payment that jeopardized my Mortgage & Auto payment. April was excellent in calling card company on my behalf & gave me great options to be successful in getting my house & car payment handled in a timely manner. Thank you April & Chase Team!

I withdrew my CD because it matured today. I told the lady I was taking it out because it matures today. She never once mentioned that you have to wait till the day after a CD matures to take it out without penalty. I just think I was very clear in taking it out when I did to avoid being penalized. Lack of caring for customers and their money. I could have used that money and I should have been informed I was being penalized for withdrawing early. No way to contact the branch directly via phone. They send me to a call center which has people with heavy accents answer the phone and I can’t understand them. I have charges on my account that are not from me and apparently I can’t speak to a person unless I create time and make a trip into the bank.
