One specific staff was not professional very flirty to customer
Poor customer service
The people who work here are unprofessional and lack customer service. We came at least 15 min before they closed just so my husband can add me to an account that was already opened online. Something quick and easy and the banker said it would take more than 15 minutes to do that and she wouldn’t be able to assist us. Being someone who has worked in the banking industry it does not take more than even 5 min to add some one especially having two other accounts with them. She was not welcoming at all!
I had an appointment to set up.a new checking and savings acct. Trevor was great. Quick and easy. Was able to make a deposit as well. Helped me download the app and set up some things on it.
The place migh look great, but there in NO service to speak of. It seems [Chase Bank] is stull stuck on COVID pandemic mode. I went there twice: Once last year with an appointment, and the lady there didn’t seem to have a clue of where the “business banking Guy” was (they only had one there’s. The second was today. I just walked open a new business account for payroll purposes. The young lady told me “we have one business banker and he’s busy now”.
