One specific staff was not professional very flirty to customer
Poor customer service
The people who work here are unprofessional and lack customer service. We came at least 15 min before they closed just so my husband can add me to an account that was already opened online. Something quick and easy and the banker said it would take more than 15 minutes to do that and she wouldn’t be able to assist us. Being someone who has worked in the banking industry it does not take more than even 5 min to add some one especially having two other accounts with them. She was not welcoming at all!
