Stop her yesterday around 4.30 to open an account for my son. I was promptly greeted at the door to be told they close at 5pm and I could not open an account today. I had to look at my phone to confirm the time. Never have I ever had a bank treat a customer like that. Chase can Thank there star employee tenzin tsering. I will be moving all my accountS to DCU.
