Stop her yesterday around 4.30 to open an account for my son. I was promptly greeted at the door to be told they close at 5pm and I could not open an account today. I had to look at my phone to confirm the time. Never have I ever had a bank treat a customer like that. Chase can Thank there star employee tenzin tsering. I will be moving all my accountS to DCU.

This company is full of frauds, scammers and liars. They try and get you to sign up for credit cards promising lots of rewards and then they take them away. I have had 2 vacations ruined and each time Chase tries to blame the other person and not give any help claiming it is the fault of someone else. Do not do business with them. I'd rather stick my cash in a mattress right now that trust these scammers.
