Went in to have a few bills broken down, which the manager said they only do for customers and since I wasn’t a customer they could only break one bill down. So to be clear, if we are not getting fees from you we can’t help you with basic functions of a bank. If this is an early indication of how helpful you are, I know how a bank doesn’t get new customers… Went to Bank of America up the street, they were happy to break down the bills with a smile and without a problem.
I came to open a checking account and although my banker was really nice, he kept on telling me how bad chase's policies are, I mean, bro you work there! Not only that, he put my name down wrong (I had to go back a second time to get my name corrected) and my debit card never came! Never! There wasn't even a card linked to my account!
