I came to open a checking account and although my banker was really nice, he kept on telling me how bad chase's policies are, I mean, bro you work there! Not only that, he put my name down wrong (I had to go back a second time to get my name corrected) and my debit card never came! Never! There wasn't even a card linked to my account!
It’s extremely annoying that every time I come to this bank for the atm inside, it never works!!!! This is chase bank. It’s ridiculous that this is like the 10th time I came out of my way to use the atm inside to get 5’s and it doesn’t work!!!!!!
