First and last time in this bank. Brought a chase check into there maple grove branch and after many questions and 15 mins I was unable to cash a check due to the fact it was written to Mike and my license says Michael. Correct last name and all just put Mike instead of Michael and again was turned away. Took the whole cash checking process (15 min) for him to tell me that. I opened a business bank account at Chase in Maple Grove this week and it was a great experience! The staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Larissa O. was the banker we worked with. She was so kind and patient especially, since I had 3 young children with me for our 1-hour meeting. Meg, the branch manager, was informative, welcoming, and thoughtful enough to bring out items for the kids to color. Overall, it was a great experience, and I look forward to our banking relationship!

Set up a 1:1 meeting with an advisor he was a complete no-show. The fees they charge for advisory services is ridiculous. Thanks for saving me from wasting my time!
