There were two staff members who helped me today with my banking, and they were wonderful! I wish I had gotten and remembered their names. This branch is truly great both staff were informative, respectful, and never pushy or judgmental about my financial preferences. thank you.
Rude customer service and staff
I came in around the holidays and the entire staff was awesome and Mr. Alec Gable did an absolutely great job at not only helping me pick the right account, but also how to navigate through the app and use it's perks.
I wouldn’t sent anyone to chase bank. Worse customer service I’ve ever experienced anytime I go into a bank. If my bank had a local branch I would never bank at chase.
Not helpful. Poor customer experience. Teller was unable to provide any clear explanation of their services.
