Three bankers on location with no other customers in the bank and still no one chose to help me. Happy to take my banking elsewhere.
Worst experience at this branch. A petite brown lady introduce me as a branch manager welcomed me at the beginning but when i mentioned i was there to open a business account she gave me the look as i was the intruder. Well we end up making an appointment and went another day to open an account and that day also she gave me mean look and spoke with me as i was not capable of doing business with them. What a great team at this location! I am not a Chase bank member, however, I’m now considering becoming one after my interaction today! Huge shoutout to Cathy for her help and empathy as I explained my situation. She ensured I was forwarded to the correct dept to have the situation handled and asked her manager to call me to follow up. Again, I am not a current client but was still treated with incredible customer service. Thank you again, Cathy & Courtney!
I am a non customer but I had to make a deposit into an account today and I was greeted when I came in right away by an employee with a smile and the teller who helped me today Kathaleen was very friendly and had great customer service. I would consider banking with Chase because of this location.
