We had scheduled an appointment with the Branch Manager at the Greenville, DE branch on Saturday morning. Upon arriving for our appointment, we were informed that the Branch Manager was not there, and the team was unaware that an appointment had even been scheduled. This was particularly disappointing as we had received several confirmation emails in the days leading up to the appointment confirming the time and date. Great service
After my horrible experience at the 1000 Rocky Run Chase Bank ,with the 40 minutes trying to pay my $32.00 bill I finally came to this bank. Employees were up to par and new what they were doing. The manager was friendly and took my complaint about the incident. It appears to me this manager is doing a fabulous job.
