Son unos racistas, acabo de salir de ahí y no le quisieron abrir una cuenta a mi abuelo porque no sabía hablar English, son unos falta de respetos y q mal trabajan
Unfortunately gotten to worse, I was declined service after arriving 25 mins prior to closing. 2 account reps were still working and 1 of them finished with another customer 10 mins later. Still was told to make an appointment and come back later. I won't work with this branch any longer.
The girl in the front is a ray of sunshine with her condescending tone and rudeness, is not that hard to be nice and tell people in a nice way what documents they’re missing. 🙂
