Nice and clean
This is the worst Chase branch I’ve ever been to. The manager sat me down and made me wait, while taking other people who came in after me. I ended up leaving angry after waiting for over an hour with no help
The service is superior. Every member of the Chase team knows you by name. They treat you with consideration and respect.
Super bad costumer service! Not professional at all. I guess is the area. Not going back there for sure
I called and no one answered. So I came in to ask if the notary was in. It was 4:30pm. The employee said she was there until 5:00pm and to ensure I came back before then. I came back at 4:50pm. When I asked for the notary upon my return I was told she just left. What was the point of telling me to come back if she was leaving. Waste of my time! As a customer I’m furious! Unacceptable!
