Staff is professional and friendly. Relationship banker (Natty I believe) was knowledgeable and easy to work with.
I would Avoid this corporation like you'd avoid flesh eating bacteria! If you need banking services look for a local credit union. This place has the potential to cause a person PTSD. Not even exaggerating... Run far away!
This corporate entity of a bank, with its robotic employees, lacks any semblance of humanity. I deeply sympathize with the employees who work in an environment that dismisses empathy and replaces it with frustration when asked human questions, forcing them to claim that computers make human decisions.
