Extremely frustrating experience with Chase. I went in to withdraw my own money, but was unexpectedly restricted from accessing it. It honestly felt like they were making things difficult on purpose, especially since it was close to closing time and they didn’t seem willing to help. A bank should never make customers feel like they can’t access their own funds. The lack of support and unwillingness to assist was very disappointing. This experience seriously damaged my trust.
I’m a regular at the Chase Bank in Westbrook, Maine, and I always look forward to working with Christine. She’s incredibly professional, friendly, and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure everything is handled smoothly. Whether it’s a simple request or something more complex, she makes every visit easy and pleasant. Her exceptional customer service is the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
