Staff have different understandings of policy. My husband and I came to deposit a check addressed to the both of us. We were told that we had to come back with a marriage license to confirm my updated last name. Once we came back with that, we got the runaround. We talked to three staff members who all said different things on how we could make the deposit. We were finally directed to a woman’s office.
