The manager is rude and applying his own rules i could deposit cash in every other chase but no the villanova
I asked them to do a name change because it was entered incorrectly on my account originally. They did it once again incorrectly, then finally correctly. They then did not have me sign paperwork allowing for this, and called me 30 minutes later to ask me to drive back to sign it. This is an incredibly unprofessional, irresponsible error. I requested to speak with the manager and they made it seem at first like they were the managers, and I felt they were trying to have me cover up the mistake.
