Chase is the most difficult bank to get a hold of. I’ve spent at least 3 hrs. going in circles, hung up on 4 times in an attempt to speak with someone at the Newington branch. They are completely incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now I will have to drive there again to actually speak with someone. Why even have phone at this point. Two days into this now…. I wish it were easy to switch banks but with all the auto stuff it’s purposely difficult one you’ve been established for over 30 yrs.
Terrible policy at this bank. I have a mortgage with them. Had to put in an insurance claim on the house due to weather. The never ending hoops that chase makes me jump through to get the insurance money to fix the house. It’s almost like they don’t want the house fixed. Hours on hold on the phone. Then when I get to the bank to have the check endorsed they won’t do it. How am i supposed to fix the house if they won’t release the money to me?
