So I was issued a check from JP Morgan chase Bank, I waited over 2 months for this check. They misspelled my last name missing 1 letter. My bank told me to call Chase since they issued the check and should be able to take care of it. I called to see if I could cash it. They said no, now I will have to wait 2 more months because people can't spell correctly. You would think a bank of this magnitude could solve a issue like this.

Chase is the most difficult bank to get a hold of. I’ve spent at least 3 hrs. going in circles, hung up on 4 times in an attempt to speak with someone at the Newington branch. They are completely incompetent and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Now I will have to drive there again to actually speak with someone. Why even have phone at this point. Two days into this now…. I wish it were easy to switch banks but with all the auto stuff it’s purposely difficult one you’ve been established for over 30 yrs.
