Very poor customer service and the manager is very rude and nasty, she needs to be replaced and needs an orientation in customer service .
Great customer service and a very knowledgeable staff.
Take your money and run! Don’t even think about this branch. The customer service is nonexistent; they don’t even have an operating phone number anymore. When you call them they put you through an automated system and then tell you that there is no one there to take your call. You could call 16 times, as I did, follow the instructions to a tee on the automated system, and still they slap you in the face with a dial tone.
