Sad set of employees over there. I can see why they’re always so slow at the branch.
Not sure how this bank is voted #1 for custpmer service. Came in to open a new account was told they dont print cards in store. So I won't have access to my money for up to 2 weeks. "Sometimes" can use tap and pay from app. Business doesn't operate on maybes. So I'll pass
