Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Chase customer for nearly 20 years across three different states. This branch has been absolutely awful for the past 2-3 years that I have been using it. Appointments set to meet with a banker, (because they NEVER have one available for walk ins like most Chase branches), are constantly rescheduled or canceled. Some times hours before the appointment. Sad set of employees over there. I can see why they’re always so slow at the branch.
Not sure how this bank is voted #1 for custpmer service. Came in to open a new account was told they dont print cards in store. So I won't have access to my money for up to 2 weeks. "Sometimes" can use tap and pay from app. Business doesn't operate on maybes. So I'll pass
