I had a bad experience with incompetence employee pretending to be a manager last year and refused to help me then walked away as he didn't know what he was doing and got upset, but gave me another employee.

Let me start by saying I have been a loyal Chase customer for nearly 20 years across three different states. This branch has been absolutely awful for the past 2-3 years that I have been using it. Appointments set to meet with a banker, (because they NEVER have one available for walk ins like most Chase branches), are constantly rescheduled or canceled. Some times hours before the appointment.
