Marcello is rude. Horrible over and over and over. Horrible bankers, horrible tellers, horrible attitude, horrible customer service, horrible knowledge. I can give details if anyone is interested but I am thinning of keeping my money under my mattress rather than dealing with this branch. It’s not been one incident- opening accounts, getting cash, their solicitation calls. All a nightmare.

My identity was verified using my government-issued ID and a verification code sent to the phone number already on file for my account.
