Absolutely incompetent staff. Lack critical thinking skills and don’t know their own policy. Corrected by their own corporate mid transaction
The customer service is terrible. No one greets you when you walk in. Everyone even the old white guy security guard by the door just looks at you and goes back to his phone. The vibe was very unwelcoming. The branch manager didn’t speak at all just rude. The black tellers back there gossiping and didn’t greet me or just say I’ll be with you in a minute. Just yapping away. I do not recommend this location.
