I WISH there was another Chase in this area. It takes FOREVER because the lone clerk loves to talk and does not know what he’s doing. None of the other employees, including his supervisor, pitch in the help. Super annoying when you have to get back to work. Stay away -- and Chase, take note - you need better tellers!
Poor customer service I get different information from different agents that work there. They only have one Banker who is usually busy talking to other employees. Must make appointments only. Sucks because they say this bank is good.
