Not sure why the negative reviews. I work a block away and often bank here. Clean, large, convenient. Opened another account her and staff was great, hardly waited 10 minutes, and Khalid was wonderful and honest in advising me on my options. Tellers are lovely and fun!
So poorly designed. Why would you hide the ATM?
Terrible experience. Was very excited to do some shopping in the Diamond district and was able to close a deal on an expensive gift for my wife. Went to chase bank to make a larger then normal withdrawal and this is what happened. First off I would like to say that my entire family has been using Chase for over 55 years loyal. Over 60 million $ in accounts between my grandfather, father and aunts.
