Not happy about this branch....they close at 5pm that day and I walked in 4:19pm, thinking 40 minutes would be well enough to open an account, but was told they cannot do it because it takes 1 hour for the process. I understand people want to go home at 5pm, but the so called 1 hour process can definitely be squeezed into 40min. I used to work in customer service and banking so I know. I had to leave early to do this, but now I need to find another time (and definitely not this branch). Such a waste of my time, is only their... read more

Refused to deposit a check directly from the TREASURY. Reported it as fraud, and demanded a DEAD person sign the check, someone who has been DEAD for OVER 14 YEARS. Even after speaking with an employee from the Treasury they rebutted with, "This isn't a valid phone call, we have to call you, and your phone number isn't in our database so we won't be calling you." Hung up multiple times, locked checking account, and refused to deposit the check. After threatening a lawsuit and a 5 hour phone call, they finally released the ch... read more
