I stopped into this location because I was lost and needed directions. I was greeted by two young ladies behind the counter. Not only did they assist me with directions but I felt like I was talking with friends who I have known for years! They were so sweet. I am relocating back to the area soon and I will certainly be back to see them for business. I didn’t catch their names but they looked like they could’ve been sisters. Great job, Victor! You made me feel welcomed and important.
The people that work at this bank could not be nicer. Always greeted with a smile. Tellers are so friendly and very efficient. A special shout out to Zach, the manager. He has gone above and beyond to guide me through some banking issues. I live much closer to another Chase branch who I did business with for over 40+ years. I drive a bit further to do business with the Victor office.
Very disappointed by this location came in on a Saturday with my husband to open a checking account. Waited at least 3 minutes before we were acknowledged then when the rep finally greeted us he said I'll be with you in a few minutes just have to wrap a few things up. I didn't mention that when we arrived he was just chatting with the person behind the teller line and could've wrapped things up then. Nearly every time I mobile deposit a check, it gets put on hold for over a week. Despite the checks being relatively small, and having never deposited a bad or bounced check. Sick of waiting for this to stop happening. Has to have occurred at least 15 times now
