I had a wonderful experience working with Jennifer at Chase Bank in Victor. She was incredibly thorough, friendly, and so personable from start to finish. Jennifer was genuinely kind and took the time to make sure I understood everything, which made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. You can tell she truly cares about her customers, and I left feeling really good about the interaction. Exceptional service all around.

I stopped into this location because I was lost and needed directions. I was greeted by two young ladies behind the counter. Not only did they assist me with directions but I felt like I was talking with friends who I have known for years! They were so sweet. I am relocating back to the area soon and I will certainly be back to see them for business. I didn’t catch their names but they looked like they could’ve been sisters. Great job, Victor! You made me feel welcomed and important.
The people that work at this bank could not be nicer. Always greeted with a smile. Tellers are so friendly and very efficient. A special shout out to Zach, the manager. He has gone above and beyond to guide me through some banking issues. I live much closer to another Chase branch who I did business with for over 40+ years. I drive a bit further to do business with the Victor office.
