This branch is not good. Terrible customer service. I went in to get some assistance with my account today (4/10) at 1030ish. When I walked in, there was a line. I waited in line. As I stood in line, more people got behind me in line. I got to the front and the flamboyant man working told me to go wait to the side because what I needed required the other computer and he wanted to get the line down. We do our business banking with Chase, but we drive to Mount Rose branch which is absolutely the best branch I’ve been in yet but yesterday I was at the drive-through making a deposit as a walk up and the security officer came out and told me that it was a drive-through not a walk up if I wanted to use a walk up, go into the branch and was very rude about it again once again the customer service from this branch is not the best so I gave corporate a call.
