There's some genuinely good people who work here. But their bosses, especially the branch manager are heinously aggressive, despite my soft spoken matter of fact responses, to what has been an abhorrent experience with Chase, and Chase customer service. If you haven't figured it out yet, corporate companies don't care about you, and chase certainly is no exception. You have lost a customer for life. Hope you decide to do better for your customers in the future.

I love it when the branch sends you to the online and the online sends you to the branch for the same issue...made a new account referral and the referral opened a business account. Chase did honor either the referral or new business account offers. As mentioned previously, we opened a new account with a substantial deposit. Eight days later, Chase still has the deposit on hold. IF I COULD DO 0 STARS I WOULD, WALKED IN ASKING WHAT WAS NEEDED TO OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT. 4 DIFFERENT PEOPLE DECIDED I COULDN'T OPEN A BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT EVEN TELLING ME WHAT IS NEEDED.
