Really should be 0 stars-dont waste your time, worst customer service I have ever received from any bank, 0 follow up. I met with Karla Butler and spent a bunch of time giving all of my personal information and copies of documentation to open a Trust bank account. She said it would take 3 business days to get a response. That was a month ago, never heard a thing back, just goes to show that there is a serious problem with this bank and its employees. Save yourself some time and aggravation and just go with another bank.
