I was there for opening an account but they had no intention to get me, they keep asking each other. I decided to left for a different branch. It was annoying. When I realize the customer rating of the branch I didn't surprised.
I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jess at this branch! We had been dealing with terrible credit card issues since opening a new card with Chase and were on a time crunch with a trip coming up. We decided to go into this branch just to see if we could get some help. Everyone was extremely helpful, but Jess truly went above and beyond to fix the issues we were having. Thank you for all your help!!
