I was there for opening an account but they had no intention to get me, they keep asking each other. I decided to left for a different branch. It was annoying. When I realize the customer rating of the branch I didn't surprised.
I’d like to give a huge shoutout to Jess at this branch! We had been dealing with terrible credit card issues since opening a new card with Chase and were on a time crunch with a trip coming up. We decided to go into this branch just to see if we could get some help. Everyone was extremely helpful, but Jess truly went above and beyond to fix the issues we were having. Thank you for all your help!!
One of the best and most positive customer service experiences I've ever had. I was in a situation with counting that I thought I would have to handle on my own and just about the whole building came in to ensure I was helped. It was near the end of the day and still their positivity shone through the entire ordeal. Absolutely incredible from Divya, Kema and Michael.
Don’t you dare expect to walk in and do anything here without an appointment.
