Friendly but lacking in services. No notary.
So this is weird. I recently went to this location to open a checking account. They were busy when I walked in. I waited a minute, then the vice president of the bank came over and asked if I needed help. I said yes. He tool me to his office to talk. I told him why I was there. Then he started asking questions about what race I am. I thought it was odd. I told him I was of European decent. Should have stayed with Wells Fargo. This bank is inconvenient no atms in Rio Rancho . Customer service was horrible
