A Truly Wonderful Experience at Chase I wat to give a special thank you to the wonder stuff at Chase, especially Ethan, who helped me yesterday with an issued involving my car title and their title department. I went to have some documents notarized. Easily made an appointment online. Arrived and was greeted with excellent customer service. Provided a water while I waited, which wasn't long. Manager assisted me promptly and got my paperwork notarized and I was on my way shortly. An unexpected excellent customer experience from a large bank. Not the experience I've had in the past. A very welcomed change!
I would not bank there though if you have real money the service may be better.
