I went to have some documents notarized. Easily made an appointment online. Arrived and was greeted with excellent customer service. Provided a water while I waited, which wasn't long. Manager assisted me promptly and got my paperwork notarized and I was on my way shortly. An unexpected excellent customer experience from a large bank. Not the experience I've had in the past. A very welcomed change!
I would not bank there though if you have real money the service may be better.
Best bank ever! I live in Ormond Beach and pass many Chase banks on my way here. So worth it. They are so friendly, so courteous, so helpful and so professional! Every time I come here it is the same experience. Kim helped me today and she was just amazing...thank you all!
