Manager Sandra was amazing such a positive attitude. I loved how she seemed to take care of her employees making sure they take their much deserved breaks and covering for them with a genuine smile. She helped me replace my card and had the best customer service that will definitely bring me back to this particular branch for my banking needs
This branch closes when ever they feel like it. Doesn’t make sense since people are always shopping. That’s the reason I hardly come to this branch. Do better.
Super long wait for a debit card replacement. Close to an hour. Horrible customer service.
This is the location closest to home. I've never had a bad experience with any branch employee at this location, they've always been professional with me. There are usually short lines to see the tellers. The only bad experience I had here was that the machine that creates cashier checks was broken for like a whole month.I know it wasn't the teller's fault, but for such a prominent bank, I would think they'd take a broken machine more seriously.
