This branch closes when ever they feel like it. Doesn’t make sense since people are always shopping. That’s the reason I hardly come to this branch. Do better.
Super long wait for a debit card replacement. Close to an hour. Horrible customer service.
This is the location closest to home. I've never had a bad experience with any branch employee at this location, they've always been professional with me. There are usually short lines to see the tellers. The only bad experience I had here was that the machine that creates cashier checks was broken for like a whole month.I know it wasn't the teller's fault, but for such a prominent bank, I would think they'd take a broken machine more seriously. The Chase bank at this location is very sad. The ATM machine does never work properly. When you trying to go inside, the reader card also does not work. I watched a lot people in the morning trying to obtain cash from the atm dispenser machine. But, guess what? The malfunction at every machine is every day. With a multimillion dollar transaction every day, the corporation of chase need to do better.
ATMs don't even work. Waste of time stopping. Should have just paid the $3 atm fee elsewhere.
