It takes a lot to impress me and the crew working here were all friendly and very helpful. I have read other reviews about this branch and I can only assume the individuals who left 1 star reviews are gonna complain anywhere they go.

I opened account there. But I couldn't use the application they didn't help me with it. I deposited my paycheck. But they told me I need to wait. I waited but I still couldn't get my money. And when I went there again in person, they didn't help. I needed to leave the US to complete my studying in another country. I emailed them to help me to get my money, but they didn't respond at all. After 2 years, I got to the US again, and I wanted to check what was going on. We arrived at 11:15am this morning to open a new personal account. There were 3 employees in the bank and no customers. We were told, with attitude, to come back at 1pm because they would be taking lunch soon. We left and went to the Bank of America next door (technically on the other side of Wendy’s.). Bank of America was as very helpful and we had our new account by noon. I strongly suggest avoiding the Saco, Maine Chase branch.
