I scheduled an appointment in March with personal banker, Lori to open a business checking account and business credit card. While she helped open the accounts, any support afterward was nonexistent. I never received my business debit card, and despite calling multiple times, Lori never returned a single call. We just like to use Chase for business. Some of the issues are resolved for too long but overall experience as for now is pretty good
An excellent bank. No problems. An Tran is wonderful and the manager is helpful and professional. The tellers are always helpful.
