I had difficulty depositing a refund check from Servify, the Care plus plan provided by Samsung. The teller was able to reprint the check that Servify required to be printed from an email (instead of just refunding to my credit card). The ATM couldn't properly read the check and neither could the deposit through the app. The teller was able to ultimately deposit the money into my checking account. Thank you to the teller who helped me!

I scheduled an appointment in March with personal banker, Lori to open a business checking account and business credit card. While she helped open the accounts, any support afterward was nonexistent. I never received my business debit card, and despite calling multiple times, Lori never returned a single call. When I visited the branch in person, she refused to even acknowledge me, even though she was clearly available. We just like to use Chase for business. Some of the issues are resolved for too long but overall experience as for now is pretty good

An excellent bank. No problems. An Tran is wonderful and the manager is helpful and professional. The tellers are always helpful.
