Dayana was EXCELLENT in helping me! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by her and she was amazing in answering all my questions and got me in and out for my name change process all in about 20 minutes! She’s super sweet and helpful. Jennifer at the window was also super nice and helped me quickly as well. Will be back!

I walked into this branch last week to close an old business account and open a new one. I was being helped by Tanya. Very nice lady but very brain scattered. Has a difficult time focusing on one task. First of all, the systems kept crashing so we couldn’t figure out why my old account was being charged fees even though I kept the minimum balance required to avoid management fees.
