I’ve been a Chase customer for over 20 years, and this experience was extremely disappointing. I came in to open a business account and clearly explained that this is a single-member LLC with one rental property. Despite that, the banker entered the application incorrectly selecting the wrong structure and inputting unrealistic income and transaction amounts that I did not provide.
