I walked into this branch last week to close an old business account and open a new one. I was being helped by Tanya. Very nice lady but very brain scattered. Has a difficult time focusing on one task. First of all, the systems kept crashing so we couldn’t figure out why my old account was being charged fees even though I kept the minimum balance required to avoid management fees. Very poor customer service I do not recommended to anyone
In this day and age it is difficult to find people that are fully knowledgeable in their fields. We have found the diamond in the ruff , Robert Rose is that person, knowledgeable, professional, high expertise in all fields. This goes above and beyond the 5 stars for Robert! ( CEO material) Thank you again!
