Had a great experience and walk thru in getting my account set up. Shout out to the current hardworking team at this location and Jamel service was 10 out of 10.
The parking lot is weird. Steep downward slope to get to the ATM. No front entrance, you can only exit. The only way to get in is to go past the traffic light and then make a left into the parking lot. I didn't go inside because I only needed the ATM. The ATM worked okay, it didn't give much issue. It's an alright location, I guess.
I'll just say, I have never had a problem with this location.
Don’t bank at this location. They have the worst customer service. Their personnel is so rude and have no manners. I’m very disappointed.
I needed to make a deposit but forgot my PIN. The banker here was very professional and friendly. He first asked if I needed any help and then took me to the counter to set my PIN. I successfully made my deposit. Thanks a lot.
