Don’t bank at this location. They have the worst customer service. Their personnel is so rude and have no manners. I’m very disappointed.
I needed to make a deposit but forgot my PIN. The banker here was very professional and friendly. He first asked if I needed any help and then took me to the counter to set my PIN. I successfully made my deposit. Thanks a lot.
This Chase Bank office is at a convenient location. Their staffs are professional and helpful and courteous. Plus they have a security guard on site at the front door watching over the parking lot and that’s very helpful.
2801 university blvd Branch is the most Unprofessional, incompentent branch ive encountered. Even Their card check in at the door dose NOT work you cannot enter the area to the ATM to deposit funds. This branch is a let down on so many levels...anyone reading this dont come go to bethesda so much better. Worth the drive☺️☺️☺️
The worst branch. Untrained and incompetent staff. I didn’t take the reviews seriously, strongly recommend to stay away from this one.
