They no longer have tellers. If I want to come to the branch, I have to wait for someone to get free .. when I arrived, there were already 4 people waiting in the lobby without a plan to work through the guests that were waiting....

One of the worst locations I’ve visited 💯
Chase on South Robert Street is hands down the best! I was at the inside ATM, forgot my PIN, and one of loan staff caught my “uh-oh” face instantly. He didn’t even wait for me to ask — just walked over like a mind reader and said, “I think you need a hand.” 😂 It was spooky accurate but in the best way. He walked me to someone who could fix it right away. Between that and the super welcoming, friendly team, this place makes banking feel easy and even enjoyable.
