Before I decided to look anywhere else, going to my home back seemed like the right move. Yesterday, I walked in and felt a tinge of anxiety asking for a money order (since I’ve never asked for one and I didn’t know what it looked like) but learned it was actually a cashier check I needed because of the amount for my new place. Best bank and great customer service 👌 I went in with an issue and walk out with my issuse resolved. I am happy that I don't have to worry about my debit card issue. I appreciate the great team work and customer service.

This bank has no respect for one's time. I went in on a Thursday to open a new checking account and was told that no one was available but I could make an appointment. The next available opening was Monday at 11am. Never had to make an appointment to open a bank account in my life but okay. I arrived a few minutes before 11 but was told I would that the banker was finishing up with someone else.
