Do not ever use chase travel to make any travel arrangements. You will be met with pushback and inaptitude. Currently fighting for a reversal of a travel booking made through chase travel because after we got to the hotel, we had to check out due to mold being all over the room. But was told by chase that the room is Non-refundable. For which I stated, even if the room has mold all over the walls? I feel that there are ways to help if the room poses a health hazard. Tellers are apathetic and could use a class on customer service. Young lady stared blankly at me sipping her dunkin donuts without asking what I was there for. Shame a new branch is so poorly trained
The service was excellent and they help me a lot with all my problems. They explained everything to me with a lot of patience and I would definitely come back with them in the future 🫡
Tried to renew a CD today. Waited 25 min only for them to tell me I’m waiting for the person to come back from lunch to help me. Why wouldn’t you say that from the beginning. They obviously dont care about people’s time because I only have an hour for lunch as well
