Brooke was very nice and extremely helpful in assisting me with setting up my Checking/Savings account here. She knows her stuff for sure. She also recommended me to Adam (home buying advisor) who was very informative and nice to deal with on the phone. Looking forward to working with Brooke/Adam and Chase in the future
Love my Chase experience this far. Michael Carter and other colleagues welcomed me with open arms and addressed all my needs and questions. Love their “relationship” based banking philosophy. It encouraged put my trust and loyalty to them. They were super helpful and got me taken care of when I had an odd credit card account issue, even though I don't do checking with them. Not a typical issue, but they sat me down and the gal that took care of it got to the bottom of it and resolved the problem! Super friendly and helpful people
