Great experience! I had a customer service issue I could not resolve over the phone so I reached out to this branch. I called and a real person answered from the branch and scheduled me an appointment to work out the issue. Medin met me at the door and took me to his office and handled my issue flawlessly. Definitely recommend going into the branch instead of chases online customer service
Amazing customer service! Javi and Dillon really care about their clients. I’ve not had that hood customer service anywhere in Iowa.
Their sign up bonus is a lie and a hoax. Called in had terrible phone cisteimer service was told to go to the local branch to fix it. Went to the branch nothing could be done and was escalated to the branch manager who waited till we were outside of the window for her to do anything to rectify the issue. Now we are told there is nothing she can do. Pointless and horrible service.
Absolutely great and knowledgeable staff. They were all so friendly and had beaming smiles. On top of that the diversity in the staff truly made my heart happy. THAT, is why I bank with Chase ™️
