Chase has lied and decieved me on a recorded line several times. Take your mortgage business elsewhere. Recently they have been harassing me incessantly for documents, which I have supplied 4 times. They won't stop harassing me.

I can surely guarantee you I will not visit this Chase Bank lobby again yesterday I came in to make a deposit I was greeted with the most rude and unkind person I've ever experienced at a Chase Bank. I normally don't go to the bank only to use an ATM on the outside on the weekend I have my own Chase Bank where I am greeted with kindness and warmness and the list goes on and on about how great they are on Clayton road.
