Very slow. Unable to multitask… won’t be back at this branch.
Terrible customer service! I work for Chase so I'm familiar with how things should be and the branch employees at this branch did not execute that. My mom and I walked in to handle things for her account, there was no-one on the floor to help assist us for at-least 5 minutes. When the girl finally comes over we tell her what we need and she tells us the only banker they had for the day stepped out. She didn't try to accommodate us, try to set an appointment, call the banker to see when he was coming back. NOTHING!!! Barely e... read more

Very fast and did a great job with my notary
never been inside but the drive through ATM is way too small. It is way too small for any car to fit through. My car ( Honda Civic) is just fitting by INCHES. Invest in a wider ATM space.
