I withdrew from a checking account at this branch to get Euros for a trip. I forgot to pick up the Euros and the money never left the bank. When I returned from the trip, I asked that the Euros (which Chase still held) be redeposited into the same account. The cost? $81. Great experience with a friendly vibe
The service here is awful. One teller even when they are busy and the bankers just sit in their office and shoot the breeze. I legit hate coming here. No other chase is like it just this one but it's the on close to my house...
Today was the reason I decided to open a Chase banking account in the first place. I had forgotten to bring cash to pick up my sourdough from Fairway Kansas. Then I remembered I had opened a checking account at Chase. This particular Branch was Fairway Kansas-- just inside the front door, I found an ATM. Got quick cash and was out of there lickety split.
