Great experience. Painless. Quick. Efficient. Fast friendly. Jonathan was pleasant and knowledgeable great staff.
Took $200 in fees by not being adjusted to the appropriate account. Refused to refund. Closed both accounts. Very disappointed.
Rudest Chase branch I've ever been to. The lady at the service counter was very nice, but the associate in the booth was incredibly rude. Which is unusual for a Chase bank in my experience.
I’ve attempted to use this branch four times now and have never even gotten to the window because I spend 10 minutes in line, never advancing. So it’s literally faster for me to drive to one farther away. The teller seems to be trying her hardest but she needs help, everyone else is just sitting around talking and eating. I’ve never been welcomed either, just stared at as if I’m an inconvenience
