Don't use them for business account. They will tie up your money for no reason and not allow you to get your business started or going. Waste your time for weeks. Branch has no power their back office can just hold your money and flag you for any reason they wish. Don't call you make you call them then give you the runaround. Held up my deposit for 10 days and now holding up my wire transfer. They need to be sued again! Lawyer want a class action lawsuit I am game!
Apparently in this branch employees decide what they want to do with your money, you don’t get to say how you want to proceed with your money. As long as they save few minutes. And if English isn’t your first language, instead of helping they get even more aggressive. Had an awful experience with Marquise. When spoke to some other lady in the branch which seems to be his senior. I was told, ‘oh! My dad and I visited this branch to open a new bank account, and Andrea was phenomenal! She was very helpful! I wish I could give her 10 stars because she’s the best.
The Drive-Up ATM machine does not work. Don’t waste your time at it, just go into the bank. They should at least put a sign on the inactive machine.
Great experience. Painless. Quick. Efficient. Fast friendly. Jonathan was pleasant and knowledgeable great staff.
