Lied to me about being able to cash a check from my dead mother to help with burial expenses. These people are heartless
Based on previous reviews and lack of response from chase they don’t care. I almost moved my business account to them, but not after today. Tried to cash a check from one of their customers and they start sending you after things that don’t exist.
Gracie is horrible here she had my husband's account closed the uptown bank branch even said what she did was completely wrong and discrimination we will be hiring a lawyer and pushing this issue further discrimination is never the answer and that's what Mrs. Gracie did!
I am very disappointed with Chase Bank. Their employee made a mistake with my urgent wire transfer, and now I don’t have access to my funds for an unknown number of days. I initially requested cash, which would have been simple and fast, but they convinced me to use a wire transfer instead. I believe they were only seeking the $35 transaction fee! This error has caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I expected better service from Chase.
