I would be very careful about opening up a Chase business account. I opened an account about a month ago for my business, and I was just informed that they closed my account for no reason given. I have used the account as any normal business would, and now I am just hoping I actually can get my money out of the account. This puts a huge strain and stress as a business owner trying to do the right thing. I don't know how they can close an account with no explanation and no heads up. Their answer is, "we don't have to"!

I have 2 personal credit cards with Chase and 1 Business card. So when I opened a new business I decided to give their business banking a try. Very bad decision. I've been using U.S. Bank for my other business for 16 years and I don't know why I even thought about changing. I guess to just try something new, but that was my mistake! Don't make it yours too. I am not sure why the reviews for this branch are poor but I had a great experience here yesterday. I needed to order new payment cards after my old ones had expired. I also needed to get a copy of a utility bill for a proof of address. Huy was a fantastic help and worked efficiently with a positive attitude.
