Walked in to try to open up a checking account in the early afternoon, essentially we were made to feel like a burden. Their banker was “just about to go to lunch”. We were willing to wait a reasonable amount of time; but then were told he would not available until over two hours later. Don’t understand how these places get away with being rude and lazy.
First of all, I have to say that this bank is amazing and I have yet to run into a rude manager or banker. I have never gone in this bank and had a poor experience. Everyone I’ve ever come in contact with have been extremely friendly, extremely helpful and I don’t want to Ever experience what the people that are saying negative things have experienced. I had a great experience today. Every staff member I interacted with was knowledgeable, helpful, and genuinely attentive to my needs. They made the entire process smooth and efficient, ensuring I was able to get everything done without any hassle. The level of customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciated the positive atmosphere and professionalism.
