First of all, I have to say that this bank is amazing and I have yet to run into a rude manager or banker. I have never gone in this bank and had a poor experience. Everyone I’ve ever come in contact with have been extremely friendly, extremely helpful and I don’t want to Ever experience what the people that are saying negative things have experienced. They made the entire process smooth and efficient, ensuring I was able to get everything done without any hassle. The level of customer service was excellent, and everyone was very friendly and welcoming. I truly appreciated the positive atmosphere and professionalism. Staff is always so welcoming and friendly. Fabiola is so knowledgeable, helpful. Zach and Chris are so nice. Overall great branch to go to.
