We are having a terrible time recouping funds that were withdrawn from our account in error. We have gone to the branch 4 times in the past 2 weeks and the problem has not been resolved. We were told the money would be returned to our account 2 weeks ago and, as of today, that has not happened. The branch manager is impossible to reach and the automated phone system says they’re busy and to call back. We’ve been Chase customers for over 30 years and expect much better customer service and results from them.

This bank is has terrible customer service. I went and asked for $2 I was told they would give me a call when they came in. Never received a call. Called back on my own a few times and they put you on hold forever and never pick back up the phone . Then I have to physically came back into the branch and they don’t even pretend to check if they have any. To be honest I feel like some of the tellers are just straight up racist. Will never do any of my business with this branch.
