Second time using the ATM and money was taken without any depositing AGAIN. go somewhere else
We are having a terrible time recouping funds that were withdrawn from our account in error. We have gone to the branch 4 times in the past 2 weeks and the problem has not been resolved. We were told the money would be returned to our account 2 weeks ago and, as of today, that has not happened. The branch manager is impossible to reach and the automated phone system says they’re busy and to call back. We’ve been Chase customers for over 30 years and expect much better customer service and results from them.
