Great bank with very modern atm
Worst bank I have ever used. I wanted to add my children as beneficiaries. I called customer Service and I was told I needed to make an appointment and go in person. So I did. When I arrived, I was then told it could not be done because the joint owner my husband did not come. First of all, I particularly called, but I was not told that. Second of all, I did the same with my two other banks. No bank had this in person requirement. What a waste of time! Chase needs to catch up with other banks. This is 2025. They don’t open on time. Are supposed to open at 9 am but I waited till 9:15 am and then left
Very poor customer service. The Hispanic Banker/ Teller or Manager had theeee absolute WORST attitude and tone. I live in the neighborhood and honestly would prefer to go to a different branch just to never experience being talked down to and condescended to in such an unprofessional manner. It’s disappointing to see this level of disrespect at a local branch. I’ll be avoiding this location moving forward and would recommend others consider doing the same.
