The worst. ATM is constantly broken. Today the one inside broke after I made my first transaction. The “welcome girl” said the one outside “was busted” but they had a call to fix in. I waited for three others to be helped and watched the teller plug in a counting machine which she didn’t use and then she told me that I can alway use the ATM’s if the tellers are busy and when I told her they were both broken, and she pointed to the new one in the lobby that I was not aware of. Ms. Katie⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You are AMAZING w/impeccable customer service at Chase Bank in Mt. Pleasant. This was our 1st visit to this one. When you greeted us at the door without any waiting & walked us to your counter, we were immediately happy for your assistance. Thank you so much. Oh! Anyone who lives downtown, our bank is closed on Saturday, but gratefully, this location is open & such a short distance across the Cooper River Bridge.
Didn't completed my review on the teller who told me that the client didn't have enough funds WHICH WAS A LIE!! I called the client and she came to the back and verified the Funds! We was greeted by another tell who took care of the lie the other teller told me I felt discriminated after me client came and showed he ID and prove how wrong and how unfair their treated me. I demanded an apology from the bank manager, I left my name and address. This was Horrible experience.
Ian, one of the bankers here, does a really great job of helping get all your needs completed and making sure to proactively check in to see if you need anything. 10/10 banker - really appreciate him.
