Most ignorant bank of all time. Nobody answers the phones no matter what option you choose.
Rita the branch manager greeted me upon arrival, was able to decipher my needs. I was able to make a deposit with James and then Christopher helped me with my online banking situation being an authorized user on a business account. Overall extremely impressed and lucky to have walked into this particular branch being from out of state. Thank you all.
I stopped into this Chase branch today to finally get my name changed on my bank account after nearly two years of being married, and I had such a great experience. I didn’t even have an appointment, but I was greeted right away and helped almost immediately. I was brought into an office with Dallas, who was incredibly kind and made the whole process feel simple and stress-free. Bankers seem helpful and knowledgeable, while tellers provide terrible service and create a nightmare experience for customers. I had to tell him how to do his job, and he acted like he knew everything. It feels like instead of providing customer service, they’re sitting there to refuse services. I can’t expect that from Chase, a world-reputable bank.
