Very poor customer service. Limited account info online and zero help when calling customer service who only speak from a script. Only way to get service is to make an appointment at the branch.

Most ignorant bank of all time. Nobody answers the phones no matter what option you choose.
Rita the branch manager greeted me upon arrival, was able to decipher my needs. I was able to make a deposit with James and then Christopher helped me with my online banking situation being an authorized user on a business account. Overall extremely impressed and lucky to have walked into this particular branch being from out of state. Thank you all.
