The people at this branch are actually amazing. It’s the customer service line that I don’t like. I’ve filed 2 disputes for money being taken off of my card from an old phone carrier. The phone carrier said that only the bank can give me my refund and it should not be a problem and they will approve it. Chase states that I need documentation of changing carriers to prove that I canceled my phone line I don’t have documentation because they don’t provide documentation. I had an awesome experience with Reggie, who helped me set up new accounts. He thoroughly explained everything, walked me through the process and answered all of my questions. He was super personable and really enjoyable to work with. Additionally, I was greeted by the staff and branch manager, who were equally friendly and attentive. Based on reading other reviews, they must have had an influx of new and much better staff. Couldn't be happier with my experience with Reggie!
