My family and I have been to this place and that the people there were nice, friendly and helpful. Also, that there were people at the bank helping people out. The family went there to get money and that it was a nice weekday.
They never answer the phone. They also dont know how to have my mortage payment come out of another account automatically.
Went here to exchange $20s for $100s and they said they only exchange bills up to $100 for people without chase accounts. I have never heard of a bank refusing to make change for someone who isn't a customer in my entire life
Allison and Bryce did a phenomenal job in assisting me with a large deposit and wire transfer on a holiday weekend. Respect for putting in the extra effort with an annoying request as mine. Chase reward your bankers!
