Went here to exchange $20s for $100s and they said they only exchange bills up to $100 for people without chase accounts. I have never heard of a bank refusing to make change for someone who isn't a customer in my entire life
Allison and Bryce did a phenomenal job in assisting me with a large deposit and wire transfer on a holiday weekend. Respect for putting in the extra effort with an annoying request as mine. Chase reward your bankers!
On behalf of my son.. I'd say...Not happy with the digital route and the "customer service" at their actual banks. If there's an issue, they are automatically telling you to call the ONLINE numbers. They are not trained to deal with REAL LIFE people. It's absolutely the worst. If you have an issue, make sure you realize THEY CANNOT OR WILL NOT help you. And even if show them your I.D. & SS card..they CAN'T verify your identification without the ATM card.. smh which btw hadn't arrived yet (new account). Once the check he open... read more
