1 Star — Absolutely Horrible Customer Service This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had at a bank. I had a 1:00 PM appointment today with Michael Fitzgerald at the Chase branch in Woodrow Plaza, Staten Island. I showed up on time for my appointment and was left sitting there for 40 MINUTES without being seen. Forty minutes. For a scheduled appointment. Our personal banker was wonderful. She was efficient, personable, and helped us with our banking needs.
As a bank employee myself I cannot believe the poor customer service given at this branch. Have been calling for over 2 days. Was told a manager would return my call and nothing! No one picks up the phone. Have called the branch at least 15 times the past 2 days. I have banking hours too and can’t get to a branch. How does a bank function on not helping its customers?? I will take this further once my issue gets resolved. Just not right!
