As a bank employee myself I cannot believe the poor customer service given at this branch. Have been calling for over 2 days. Was told a manager would return my call and nothing! No one picks up the phone. Have called the branch at least 15 times the past 2 days. I have banking hours too and can’t get to a branch. How does a bank function on not helping its customers?? I will take this further once my issue gets resolved. Just not right!

THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE
For the life of me I have not a clue why this Chase is not a five star company. I have both a business account there as well as a normal checking account. Every last banker there legitimately wants to help you. Personally, I prefer to deal with the gentleman who you will see to your immediate left when you enter the building. He is super friendly and truly cares about his clients. I have one critique!! The ATM machines can be slow at times. Otherwise I believe this to be the best Chase in Staten Island.
